hemofix fz এই প্রিপারেশনটি ফেরাস অ্যাসকরবেট, ফলিক এসিড এবং জিংক এই তিনটি পুষ্টিকর পরিপূরকের সংমিশ্রণ দ্বারা তৈরী। ফেরাস অ্যাসকরবেট, আয়রন এবং ভিটামিন সি এর সংমিশ্রণে তৈরী। আয়রন আমাদের দেহে সঞ্চয় হয় এবং আয়রনের ঘাটতিজনিত রক্তস্বল্পতা দূর করে। দেহে আয়রনের শোষণ বাড়ানোর জন্য ভিটামিন সি (অ্যাসকরবেট) যুক্ত করা হয়।

It is an oral iron, folic acid and zinc preparation indicated for the treatment of iron, folic acid and zinc deficiency.

Ferrous Ascorbate when administered is converted to ferric form and immediately is reduced to the ferrous form into the stomach. This reduced ferrous form is then transferred to the duodenum where it is highly absorbed. Ferrous Ascorbate has the advantage of providing both ferrous ion and ascorbate in the same compound. There is no dissociation on entering GI Tract due to the stable chelate of iron with ascorbate. Folic Acid itself is biochemically inactive, is converted to tetrahydrofolic acid and methyltetrahydrofolate by dihydrofolate reductase in liver. These folic acid congeners are transported across cells by receptor-mediated endocytosis where they are needed to maintain numerous body functions.

Folic acid enhances chemical reactions that contribute to the production of red blood cells, the manufacture of DNA needed for cell replication and the metabolism of amino acids (compounds necessary for the manufacture of proteins).

Zinc is essential to numerous physiological processes, including the function of many enzymes in the body. Deficiency may lead to poor night vision, slow healing of wounds, poor sexual development and function in males, poor appetite (perhaps owing to a decrease in the sense of taste and smell), a reduced ability to ward off infections, diarrhea, dermatitis and in children, retarded growth.

Letrozole is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor. It inhibits the conversion of androgen to estrogen. In contrast to ovariectomy, treatment with letrozole does not lead to an increase in serum FSH. Letrozole selectively inhibits gonadal steroidogenesis but has no significant effect on adrenal mineralocorticoid or glucocorticoid synthesis. Letrozole inhibits the aromatase enzyme by competitively binding to the heme of the cytochrome P450 subunit of the enzyme, resulting in a reduction of estrogen biosynthesis in all tissues. Treatment of women with letrozole significantly lowers serum estrone, estradiol and estrone sulfate and has not been shown to significantly affect the adrenal corticosteroid synthesis, ldosterone synthesis, or synthesis of thyroid hormones.

ব্যবহার
অস্টিওপােরােসিস বা হাড়ের ক্ষয়রােধে অস্টিওম্যালাসিয়া (ক্যালসিয়ামের অভাবে হাড় নরম হয়ে যাওয়া) রিকেট (ক্যালসিয়াম ও ভিটামিন ডি এর অভাবে বাচ্চাদের হয়)। গর্ভাবস্থায় এবং স্তন্যদানকালীন সময়ে অতিরিক্ত ক্যালসিয়াম ও ভিটামিন ডি এর চাহিদা পূরণে -হাইপারথাইরয়েডিজম (প্যারাথাইরয়েড হরমােন কমে যাওয়া) ক্যালসিয়াম ও ভিটামিন ডি এর অভাব প্রতিরােধে শৈশব এবং কৈশরকালে ক্যালসিয়ামের অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা পূরণে।

কোরালক্যাল-ডিএক্স খাওয়ার নিয়ম

প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক ও স্কুলগামী শিশু (৯ বছরের উপরে): সকাল ও রাতে ১টি ট্যাবলেট অথবা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।
৪-৮ বছরের শিশু: প্রতিদিন ১টি এফারভেসেন্ট ট্যাবলেট।
নবজাতক: চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।

১ গাস পানিতে ১টি ট্যাবলেট ছেড়ে দিন। ট্যাবলেটটি পানিতে ১-২ মিনিটের মধ্যে মিশে যাবে। খাওয়ার পূর্বে প্রয়ােজনবােধে চামচ দিয়ে নাড়িয়ে নিতে পারেন।
গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালীন সময়ে ব্যবহার উভয় ক্ষেত্রের চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী দৈনিক ১-২টি ট্যাবলেট খাওয়া উচিত।
গর্ভাবস্থায় মায়ের শরীরে ক্যালসিয়ামের চাহিদা বেড়ে যায়। কারণ শিশু মায়ের গর্ভে থাকা কালীন শিশুর শারীরিক গঠনের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় ক্যালসিয়াম মায়ের শরীর হতেই শিশুর শরীরে প্রবেশ করে। সুতরাং গর্ভাবস্থায় মা এবং শিশু দুজনেরই সঠিক শারীরিক গঠনের জন্য সঠিক মাত্রায় ক্যালসিয়াম গ্রহণ অত্যাবশ্যকীয়।
যে সব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। অতিসংবেদনশীলতা, হাইপারক্যালসিমিয়া, হাইপারপ্যারাথাইরয়েডিজম,তীব্র হাইপারক্যালসিইউরিয়া; মারাত্মক ধরনের বৃক্কের অকার্যকারিতা ।
